What we do

Citizens to Preserve Our Neighborhood, Inc. (CTPON) ; advocates for the appropriate development of land in the South Utica, NY neighborhood that borders St. Elizabeth's Medical Center.

In 1999, a Conservation Easement was established by CTPON and St Elizabeth's to protect the green space around the Medical Center from further development, so as to maintain the character of the neighboring residential areas.

All Important documents are available here for all current and future owners of homes in our area, and for our government representatives, so that our Conservation Easement and our Settlement Agreement with The Medical Center remain public at all times.

St. Elizabeth Reuse Progress

CTPON representatives are members of the Steering Committee established to evaluate options for the reuse of the hospital campus. We will communicate important information to neighbors through this website.

Please send the following link to others who should be aware of our interest to preserve our neighborhood asking that they add their email address to our distribution list. https://ctpon.org/subscribe
